Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Samarth E Mobility Pvt Ltd (referred to as the "Data Fiduciary," "we," "us," or "our") collects, processes, and protects the personal data of individuals (referred to as "Data Principals," "you," or "your") in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Vehicle & Telematics Data: We collect vehicle license numbers, VINs, insurance policy details, repair history, and real-time performance data such as speed, battery usage, braking patterns, and idling time.
  • Aadhaar Data: If provided, Aadhaar information is stored as mandated by the UIDAI. “Aadhaar data, if collected, shall be handled strictly in accordance with applicable laws and only where legally permitted.”

3. How We Use Your Information

Consequences of Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent at any time. However, withdrawing consent for "Essential" or "Diagnostic" data may impact functionality or services of certain services or features. Other withdrawals may prevent you from using specific Platform features or purchasing products.


6. Sharing and International Transfers

We share information with partners, affiliates, and third-party service providers (like payment processors) on a need-to-know basis. Data may be transferred to countries outside India in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. For international transfers of Sensitive Personal Data, we will seek your specific consent.


7. Your Rights as a Data Principal

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access and Portability: Request a summary of your processed data and a copy in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Correction and Completion: Verify and correct inaccurate or misleading information.

  • Phishing: We will never request credit card info or national IDs via unsolicited emails or calls.
